Two more Snezhnaya characters who work in the region’s Armory Palace named Mitya and Valeriy will join Genshin Impact when the 7.2 patch arrives. HoYoVerse didn’t mention if both will be five-star units or one will be a four-star when it revealed the two on social media. However, we do know what roles they play in the game and their elements.
Both Mitya and Valeriy know each other and work together in Genshin Impact. Mitya is a Royal Energy Commission of Snezhnaya researcher and specialist that seems to have a bit of a lackadaisical attitude. Rather than a Vision, he possesses a Stellar Linchpin that gives him Electro attacks. The Fatui Harbinger Jester Pierro described him as eccentric and excused his peculiarities in the name of the work he does.

As for Valeriy, his posts suggest he’s far more regimented and strict about his position in Genshin Impact than Mitya. He’s reached the rank of major and is dedicated to protecting the people under his care. He possesses a more traditional Vision and also deals Electro damage.

Genshin Impact is available for the PS5, Xbox Series X, PC, and mobile devices. 7.1 is live now, adding Vesna and Vodyanitsa to the game. Mitya and Valeriy will join in 7.2.
