Scavenger Hunt: Grandmaster Griffin Gear Locations
#1-3 Grandmaster Griffin Gauntlets, Boots, and Steel Sword Locations
You can find the Grandmaster Griffin Gauntlets, Boots, and the Steel Sword Diagrams together. Head to Fort Ussar Ruins, where you will find two slyzards to slay. Kill them, and then head to the eastern side of the ruins to find stairs and a hidden chest beneath them. Inside the chest are the three Diagrams mentioned above, and Captain Augustus Fierabras' Report, which you must read for the next location.
#4-6 Grandmaster Griffin Armor, Trousers, and Silver Sword Locations
Northwest of Fort Ussar Ruins is Mont Crane Castle, which is a Hanse Camp. You can expect to fight over 20 bandits here, so come prepared for a massive fight. Fight them (or ignore them) and head to the center of the marker to use The Eye of Nehaleni, which you obtained many quests ago with Keira Metz in the base game.
Dispel the illusion to reveal a hidden area, and you'll find a workshop with a power crystal on one of the tables. Pick it up and head to the archway in the middle of the workshop to find a hidden button with your Witcher Senses, which reveals a new area.
Place the power crystal in its slot, and then use Aard on it to activate a portal. Inside is a Golem, so watch out! You will then want to grab the Grandmaster Griffin Trousers Diagram from a sack by the chair, then the Grandmaster Griffin Armor Diagram from a tiny box on a shelf, and finally, the Grandmaster Griffin Silver Sword Diagram on the table.

Grandmaster Griffin Gear can only be crafted by Lazare Lafargue, who owns the Grandmaster Smith shop in Beauclair. Interact with him to start crafting the diagrams you obtained, but you're going to need these materials:

Wearing the Grandmaster Griffin Gear grants passive buffs if you wear three or six pieces from the set:
3 Piece Bonus: After using Stamina to cast a Sign, the next Sign cast within 3 seconds consumes no Stamina.
6 Piece Bonus: Yrden traps are increased by 40%. While you are within a Yrden trap, Stamina regeneration is increased by 5/s, Sign Intensity by 100%, and damage is reduced by 20%.
