Blizzard Entertainment is heading to Toronto this fall for a special World of Warcraft (WoW) event. Here's everything to know about WoW Forever: Escape Together.

On Oct. 23, invited guests from the WoW community get to battle it out in a series of challenges before facing an escape room together. Inspired by Scarlet Monastery, the escape room features the fanatics of the Scarlet Crusade.
At the time of writing and publishing this article, the list of competitors hasn't been revealed yet. However, according to an official announcement, the event involves representatives of the Horde and Alliance.
Those who wish to watch the competitors solve puzzles can tune in to the live stream on either Twitch and YouTube on Oct. 23 as well.

Toronto World of Warcraft escape room
Before the WoW Forever: Escape Together event, folks in Toronto can experience the Into the Scarlet Monastery escape room for themselves. This limited-time adventure is available at Escape Manor, located at 383 King Street West, from Oct. 8 to 11.
Tickets are required to enter Toronto's WoW escape room, and they're on sale now. The cost is $39 CAD per person, and each adventure has a limit of 45 minutes. It should also be noted that this is not a private experience. Rather, groups get paired up together to fill up the available escape slots. The maximum number of participants per group is eight.
"Once a bastion of enlightenment, the Scarlet Monastery now belongs to the fanatical Scarlet Crusade, ruthless and merciless toward all outsiders," according to Escape Manor's description of the experience. "The monastery’s secrets lie bound in riddle and guarded by trap, waiting for minds sharp enough to unravel them," the official Gather your friends and cross the threshold together because no adventurer escapes the monastery alone. With time running short, will your team outwit the Scarlet Crusade before the doors seal for good?"
