Blood and Wine: Beat all Gwent players in "Gwent: To Everything – Turn, Turn, Tournament!" with the Skellige deck.

Blood and Wine: Defeat the Maestro in "Raging Wolf", which is available after "Fists of Fury: Toussaint".
