Check your graphics driver version
Please ensure you are using the recommended graphics driver version. If you are using a different version, updating to the recommended driver indicated when launching the game may help.
Check available storage space and virtual memory
Please ensure that the SSD where the game is installed has sufficient free space available (16 GB or more recommended) and that virtual memory is enabled in Windows.
