Nitrome, the developer behind games like Shovel Knight Dig and Bomb Chicken, has announced Super Leap Day for Nintendo Switch. The studio did not confirm release timing.

Even the starting hero Yolk can be upgraded.When you begin Super Leap Day there are a starting set of power-ups to find, including a tornado that will cover spikes with snow, or a greedy pet that will chomp down fruit and items for you and even take out the wildlife. Find new power-ups throughout each level or convert fruit to a power-up using one of the handy fruit blenders you might stumble across. The games shop is stocked with many exciting things for you to purchase with the coins you collect including brand new types of power-up so be sure to check them out.Unlock fun bonus games and discover exciting new types of single button gameplay!Introducing: Golf Day, Abseiling Day, Racing Day, Pinball Day, Fishing Day & Rolling Day.Each has 20 levels split between beginner, intermediate, advanced and expert difficulties.Too much? Worried all this content might keep you from your friends? Invite them along! In fact you can invite up to 4 people to play and compete on any level to see who will be the first to the finish.
