The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine features Grandmaster Gear, which is far superior to the Mastercrafted Gear that you can only get in the base game. Since Grandmaster level scales and allows you to have bonus perks for every 3-6 pieces you wear, you're definitely going to want to take a detour from Toussaint's main quest to find these armors and swords, which is why we'll explain Grandmaster Gear in The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine right here.
How to Get Grandmaster Gear in The Witcher 3
To get Grandmaster Armor and Weapons, you'll need to start the "Master Master Master Master!" side quest in Blood and Wine. You can find a contract for this side quest at any noticeboard in Toussaint under the name "Contract: Grandmaster Armorer".
Alternatively, you can just speak directly to Lazare Lafargue at the Grandmaster Armorer in Beauclair, as shown on the map above. Speaking with Lazare Lafargue will start the Grandmaster Scavenger Hunt treasure hunt side quests, in which you can speak with Lafargue to get directions to each Witcher School set.

These sets all consist of Armor, Gauntlets, Boots, Trousers, and Steel and Silver Swords. They're not cheap to craft either, since you'll need the Diagrams (listed above) and then have Lazare Lafargue craft the gear. Each set requires 5 Infused Slyzard Hides, 4 Enriched Dimeritium Plates, and 5 Enriched Dimeritium Ingots, which could mean spending over 34,000 Crowns per gear set.
