Rockstar is paying $4 million for GTA 6 ads in Miami but the city wants more

Rockstar Games is being allowed to post Vice City adverts in Miami to promote GTA 6 and it’s going to cost them $4 million. However, some people don’t think it’s worth ‘any money’ to be involved.
