Blizzard Entertainment will head to PAX Aus 2026 this fall to reveal the details of a brand-new dungeon in World of Warcraft: Forever (WoW Forever). Here's what attendees need to know about the event.
Things to do in Melbourne: World of Warcraft at PAX Aus 2026
Between Oct. 9 and Oct. 11, WoW executive producer Holly Longdale and associate production director Clay Stone will be at PAX Aus 2026 for a special WoW Forever event.
Longdale will first open PAX Aus 2026 as a keynote speaker and go into her decades of experience across the video game industry. This keynote will also be streamed live on the official Warcraft and PAX Twitch channels on Oct. 9 at 12 p.m. AEDT.

New WoW Forever dungeon reveal
Stone will then join Longdale and give PAX Aus 2026 attendees a behind-the-scenes look at a new WoW Forever dungeon. He will go over the design philosophy, creative process, and the approach to building new gameplay experiences as well.
After, both Longdale and Stone will have an informal signing session between 2 p.m. AEDT and 3 p.m. AEDT. This event will happen in the Meet & Greet room located between the Owl Bear Theatre and Drop Bear Theatre.
Attendees who wish to commemorate this event will also get the chance to snap a themed photo and collect a Raid of Riches quest card. Completing this quest will result in a special WoW Forever pin.
According to Blizzard Entertainment, attendees will gain entry into a prize draw with some epic rewards, too.
WoW Forever events go global
PAX Aus 2026 will not be Blizzard Entertainment's only WoW Forever event ahead of the game's launch date of Nov. 4. Invited guests will also head to Toronto for the WoW Forever: Escape Together event on Oct. 23.
Prior to these announcements, WoW Forever was also featured at BlizzCon 2026, which took place at the Anaheim Convention Center from Sept. 12 to 13.
